Reservations

Step 1: Choose Concert/Event

Step 2: Fill out Reservation Request. 

Step 3: Submit Reservation Request.

Step 4: Gorge Shuttles will contact you to confirm your request and availability.

Step 5: ALL Payments must be made in full via Credit/Debit/Zelle.

Step 6: Gorge Shuttles will post the hotel pick up schedule ahead of time roughly one week before the event date. You will also receive an email around the same time with helpful information about your shuttle ride.  Please note: Some riders may have different pick up times than what is on the schedule, but this will be communicated ahead of time.   

Step 7: Be READY for pick up at location! Watch for the shuttle and arrive early.  Shuttles will wait 2-3 minutes at locations before moving to the next scheduled location. 

The Gorge Pick Up and Drop Off Location: Gate B3 or Commercial Shuttle Parking.

Shuttles will leave promptly 30 minutes after the event ends with a 15 minute warning. 

Missed rides will not be reimbursed.

Don't have a reservation? Drop-in riders welcome if space permits.
